About the Veterinarian
K. Kelly Jones, DVM graduated in veterinary medicine from Kansas State University in 1994. She owns and operates a cat hospital in Wichita. People often ask, “Does this mean you don’t like dogs?” And she replies, “Of course not! I love dogs, too! I just happen to have a special interest so I can dedicate my practice to one species.” Dr. Jones is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Feline Practitioners, Kansas Animal Disaster Team and the Association for veterinarians for Animal Rights. She is the founder of Pets in Crisis and winner of the 2005 Wichita Police Department Volunteer of the Year Award. Dr. Jones is often interviewed and quoted in “Cat Fancy” magazine.

Friendly, non-cat sites of my artist/writer/friends who support Crazy Cat People! Please return the favor and pay them a visit.

"Hollywood Be Thy Name" by Shirley Lawrence. Check out her and her husband Jeff's website to see this and other books, and a selection of music. Jeff and Shirley worked for 40 years in Hollywood as movie extras and have many great stories to tell. Shirley has been a great inspiration to me over the years and has supported Crazy Cat People and my other projects.
Singer-songwriter, Jesus Guillen, unapologetically swims in a ocean of emotions, a body of song that connects continents and centuries. One can sense currents of romantic boleros or the fandango of Old Mexico, then be moved by rhythms that recall gypsy flamenco.
CRAWLSPACE GALLERY. This is a painting of Escher. One of Corky Frausto's famous cats memorlized in oil and canvas, who I have had the pleasure of knowing...both Escher and Corky. Check out his website. It's hard to believe one person can create so much. He's a fascinating artist, with a wide range of talent.
