Also known as Rick, the Senator from Pennsylvania has recently surged in the polls following the Iowa caucuses in the first weeks of 2012. He recently celebrated victories in Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri.

Now among the leaders of the pack instead of lagging behind in the polls, numbers show that Santorum could be a worthy challenger and is apparently in a dead-heat with Romney.

If anyone’s interested in numbers other than those from polls and primaries, take a look below to see if Santorum is prepared for the job he seeks.

My blogging skills are not as such to have me terribly excited about posting blogs. Especially if I’m not sure if anyone is actually reading it. A few have commented, and all I see is the daily news about the latest candidate to drop out of the Republican primaries.

Meanwhile, I’ve been working outside the blogosphere, crunching the numbers for candidates. I nearly had Michele Marie (Amble) Bachman’s done before she dropped out on January 4. But in a nutshell, her chart was becoming very complex, with the numerous names. The things that stood out for me in her number chart were that her date of birth  April 6, 1956 adds to 22. The first name Michele totals 55. Her last name Amble totals 33/6 and Bachman equals 42/6.  She is currently 55 years old and will be 56 (5+6=11) at election time, which resonates to birth year of ’56. To date, it is unclear if she endorses any of the other candidates.

Next in line to post, I had prepared Rick Perry’s numbers, and in a nutshell, his are the most interesting of all the candidates, from a numerology perspective. His full name Richard James Perry ends up being 191 (which adds to 11 (1+9+1=11), and his birthdate of March 4, 1950 adds to 22. The only candidate with such strong appearance of master numbers. And the name “Rick Perry” ends up being a 1, a good number for leadership. I’ll post his chart later for reference. Although I didn’t pay that much attention to his politics or the specific reasons why he fumbled and fell out of the race, but was interested in seeing whether the strength of his numbers would carry him through.

Rick Perry dropped out on 1/19/2012 and endorsed Gingrich.

Jon Meade Huntsman dropped out on 1/16/2012 and endorsed Mitt Romney before I had a chance to post his number chart. Although I’d already prepared many notes and looked at the highlights. His full name equals a 6, his birthdate of 3.26.1960 ends up being a 9. The most abundant number sin his name are 5-5s, 4-1s, and 3-4s. He only has one or is completely missing numbers 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in his name which suggests numerous weaknesses, although four of these are in his date of birth. There are no master numbers present, unless you consider the last name total of 110 or full name total of 177.

I was holding out on posting the full analysis for Romney, Gingrich and Paul because they’d all ran for president in prior elections and I’d already looked at their numbers before. Nothing presidential at the time, and unlike poll numbers that change with the wind, the numbers in a birth date and name do not change. So I was focused on completing the “other” candidates to see what they revealed. I’ll review Gingrich, Romney and Paul in more detail in a later post. For now, here’s a brief look.

Ronald Ernest Paul = 963134 595512 7133

Date of birth (8.20.1935) = 28 = 2+8=1. This 10-term Congressman from Texas has a birth date of 1, which suggests great leadership skills. His first name also equals 1. His commonly used name of Ron equals 47 (4+7=11). His has no missing numbers. He would be 77 at the time of election and his first year in office.

Willard Mitt Romney (note W) = 5933194 4922 964557

Date of birth (3.12.1947) = 27 = 2+7=9. This former Governor of Massachusetts has no master numbers appearing anywhere in his name or birth date. The most common number is a 9, suggesting selfless service to humanity, but there are no 8s, suggesting karmic lessons around money and power. The name Mitt totals 8, which could be marginally compatible when he ran for Prez#44 (4+4=8) and did not receive his party’s nomination. Now seeking to be President #45, and as of this date, still not the clear frontrunner. Mitney has been endorsed by Donald Trump. I did Trump’s numbers to, and can post at a later date.

Newt Leroy Gingrich = 5552 35967 79579938

Date of birth (6.17.1943) = 31 = 3+1=4. The first name NEWT is an 8. Seemingly good numbers for Gingrich when planned to run for Pres. #44 in ’08, but withdrew his candidacy. No master numbers appear. It’s also interesting that the first 3 letters of NEWT (N= 14/5, E=5, W=23/5), these are the only letters that equal 5. Both Romney and Gingrich have a W in their names, which offers additional insight. For example, the W in Willard is a consonant, while the W in Newt is a vowel.

Meanwhile, Santorum is the only remaining candidate in the Republican primaries who hasn’t attempted a previous run. His number chart will appear in the next upcoming post.

Sarah Palin is another candidate who surged in the polls early on, maintaining a comfortable lead for many months. She had gained notoriety from being the running mate of John McCain in the 2008 election, and subsequently being the subject of many comedy routines. In October, she dropped out of the race.

If she had stayed in, would Palin have been able to handle the reigns of power? Do her numbers point to someone with leadership abilities or presidential potential?

I intended to begin these presidential numerology charts alphabetically by last name, but it turned out that the first would have been Michele Bachman. Since she has her birth name and married name, it’s a bit more complicated, so it’s taking me longer to finish the analysis of her numbers.

Next in line alphabetically was Cain, who has since dropped out. I considered omitting him from the blog, but since I’d already prepared the chart it seemed relevant that today is his 66th birthday.

Despite many people asking me “What did you do on 11-11-11?” I did not deliberately set out to do anything specific. No rituals planned, no special observances other than honoring Veterans Day as I have in past years. Also known as Armistice Day or Remembrance Day for the official end to World War I on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918, this day has worldwide significance and warrants appreciation in its own right.

So here I’m posting this a month later on 12-12-2011. When I first started this blog, I intended to write daily posts. However, circumstances with my day job and personal life prevented such a schedule. Between 11-11-2011 and 11-22-2011,  I simply went about my daily routine, with an intention of becoming more aware of my life, habits, my existence and interactions with others. And I observed and noted any interesting occurrences with numbers during this time.

There are some who have studied and observed such things for decades. Two such people, Carl Jung (a psychiatrist) and Wolfgang Pauli (a physicist), were accomplished in their respective fields, and chose to deviate from traditional topics to shed light on mysterious occurrences with coincidence and numbers. Putting their reputations and careers in jeopardy, their research was for the most part ridiculed and left for the back shelves of metaphysical bookstores

I found myself inadvertently continuing their research. Since publication of Number Synchronicity in 2004, I hoped to put all these (25+) years of research behind me as an interesting thing to have done, and move on. But the synchronistic occurrence of 11s and 22s has persisted, in my life and in the world of news and events. Some very profound. So, I’ve simply been unable to ignore it or put it behind me.

To avoid being distracted from the focus of this blog, I must reserve copious examples for another time and place. The point I’m hoping to make here is that although this is a blog about the numerology of presidential candidates, the number synchronicity phenomenon itself embraces so much more. In the big picture, one small example comes with the presidential election in the 11th month of 2012, involving the 44th president; something many people can easily relate to and may, hopefully, take a closer look.

The numerology of the presidents is something that has interested me for years, especially for the 2004 and 2008 elections where, at either time, the 44th president could have appeared. So I had a particular interest in seeing when and how that would occur.

Whether you pay attention to politics or not, evidence shows us that the outcome of the U.S. presidential election impacts the world in unimaginable ways. Decisions and actions of U.S. presidents profoundly affect the development and direction of this country, in four to eight year spurts. All the more reason to pay attention.

As mentioned in an earlier post, the first leaders of this new country were known as prominent intellectual freethinkers. These were people who broke free from British rule, and brought with them ancient knowledge to create a new country. George Washington, John Adams, John Hancock, Benjamin Franklin, James Monroe, and James Madison were practitioners of Freemasonry. Many of them were 33° Masons, the highest level of Freemasonry (Note the master number 33). They incorporated principles of mathematical harmony and sacred geometry into the fabric and architecture of a new country.

They would likely bless this blog as something worthy of presidential attention, although nothing could have prepared them for blogs. They could never have foreseen punch card voting machines, drive-through voter registration, hanging chads, or electronic ballot devices. They likely could not imagine how much the country and world would change over 235 years, or what society and civilization would look like in 2011.

I wonder if these early free thinkers ever thought about how numerical significance and synchronicity would continue to exponentially enter into the awareness of more and more people over time.

Here we are in 2011 looking back and seeing a trail of numbers throughout history. Patterns and repetitions warrant our attention here and now in the 21st Century. In light of interesting numerological oddities of past presidents, it’s only natural to look for these things as history unfolds before our eyes.

Although important, the presidential election is only one piece of an enigmatic, multi-dimensional puzzle. The synchronistic occurrence of numbers, especially master numbers, IS important and an awareness of numbers affects consciousness.

Number synchronicity and the global awareness of 11:11 is at an all-time high. It’s a wake-up call to humanity. Whether enough people hear the call is to be determined.

Over the coming months, yes months, until the 11-6-2012 election day, I anticipate providing additional insight into circumstances surrounding the election or re-election, if any, of the past master number presidents, Polk, Cleveland and Truman. Some interesting things occur.

After this post, I intend to jump right in to analyzing candidates before the primaries begin. I don’t expect voters to make their choice based on anything I write here, but the numbers and information provided may turn out to be more accurate than poll numbers.

Approximately 200 candidates officially registered with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) to run for president in the 2008 election. Parties other than Democrat and Republican were marginalized by the public and media: Green, Libertarian, Prohibition, Socialist, and Independent. Most, of course, had little chances of winning and were simply doing it because in a democratic society…anyone can.

The initial pool of potential presidents was whittled down in the
media to the top 10 or so from the two major parties, and it was clear that Prez#44 would emerge from the remaining selection of of “leading” candidates.

For the first time in the history of this country, a former First Lady, a black man, a Latino, and a Mormon led the race to the White House.

Voters were polled on their favorite candidates. Hypothetical races between different candidates predict winners and losers.

Again, we stood at a crossroads where a single decision could
determine the direction and destiny of this country.

Whether you were content with Prez#43 and the level of awareness that represented, there was no choice but to move forward with an enhanced vibration and increased level of awareness embodied in 44.

Our Constitution’s 22nd Amendmen allows a president to serve two four-year terms, so the election of president #44 was inevitable in 2008.

The next president would be faced with a long list of issues, including immigration, environmental awareness and global warming, gay rights, foreign relations, energy and oil independence, education, healthcare, Social Security, poverty, the war on drugs, and the war on terrorism.

Simply hearing a name can make one feel happy or sad…For example….the name “Mickey Mouse” usually makes many people smile. How would you feel if you had to hear every news reporter on every television channel blurting out “President Newt Leroy Gingrich” four million times a day? Numerologically, the name Newt is an 8, and his birth date of 6.17.1943 equals 31 (3+1=4), seemingly good numbers for #44, but no master numbers appear. I don’t even know the man or his politics, but the sheer sound of his name makes me itch all over. Fortunately, he withdrew his candidacy before the election.

In numerology, the sound and vibration and the feeling evoked is important in creating either harmony or imbalance.

Personalities and politics aside, the vibration of President #44 promised profound changes, growth, and advancement.

Inevitably, we would hear the name of the 44th president announced, setting forth a vibration that would echo around the world as people spoke his (or her) name .

After observing master numbers in the names and birth dates of our 11th, 22nd and 33rd presidents (Polk, Cleveland, and Truman), it remained imperative that the 44th president maintain an even higher standard.

More important than their politics, party or personality, Prez#44 must truly be capable of handling the incredible pressures and responsibilities that come with such a position. Do they have the strengths and characteristics of a true master of accomplishment?

Given the opportunity to elect the 44th president, numerologists consider 44 the Master Liberator — a confident leader who can solve the problems of the world.

During the 2008 campaign and election, the media reported poll numbers, statistics, percentages, dollars raised, and number of supporters. But you never heard discussion of the most important numbers that cannot be manipulated or concealed, that of the name and birthdate of the candidates.

For reference, here are the numbers for many of the leading candidates  for president in the 2008 election. Interestingly, many current candidates exhibit master numbers.

I did not have the time and patience to look at all 200+ candidates to see if any unpolished diamonds might be among them. It was likely candidates from other parties also had master numbers and could have made an excellent Prez#44, but they also did not have the attention or popularity needed for such an endeavor.  If you do not trust my math, or want to see numbers for other candidates not reviewed here, it’s easy to do yourself.

There are a variety of ways to do numerology, and most systems result in the same numbers. Typically, with Pythagorean numerology, you assign a number to each letter in a name or word. Add those numbers together for a total, and continue to add numbers together until you arrive at a single digit, unless the result is a master number. You can add the full number (Z=26) or the already reduced number (Z=8). Usually the result will come out the same either way. This is the simplest analysis, and more esoteric information is available from the shape, sound, and placement of each number-letter. Each number also possesses negative and destructive traits.

DEMOCRATS

Joseph Robinette Biden = 161578 96295525 29455

Date of birth (11.20.1942) = 20. Senator from Delaware, 110th Congress. Birth month 11, full birthday is a 2, the number for cooperation and peace. His full name equals 8. He will be age 66 after the election.

Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton = 8933197 49155 964814 3395265

Date of birth (10.26.1947) = 30. This candidate is unique among the group because she has her birth name and married name. In numerology, it is important to look at both, with emphasis on the name currently being used. The name Hillary is a 4 (which represents hard work) and is highly significant in relation to someone aspiring to be 44th president. Diane equals 33. Her full birth name has a vowel total of 11 and consonants total of 111, with a full-name total of 5, for freedom and change. By adding Clinton to her name, the vowels change to 8, the consonants to 3, with a full name total of 11. Adding just her initials of HDRC totals 33. Clinton equals 33 when reducing numbers prior to adding. There is an abundance of 3, 5, and 9, and no missing numbers, suggesting balance and no karmic lessons.

Christopher John Dodd = 38991267859 1685 4644

Date of birth (5.27.1944) = 32 (3+2=5). The most noticeable thing about this candidate, a Senator from Connecticut, is his birth date of 1944, and the last two letters of his name are 44, presenting a very relevant number synchronicity, especially for someone wanting to be 44th president. His birth date is a 5 (3+2=5). The name Christopher comes out to a 4, and the name John is an 11. If elected, Dodd would be 66 while in office. Dodd has no missing numbers which suggests balance in all areas and no karmic lessons.

Johnny Reid Edwards (note W) = 168557 9594 5451941

Date of birth (6.10.1953) = 25 (2+5=7). This former Senator from North Carolina was a candidate in 2004. His last name adds to 74 (which is 7+4=11), and John, the name he goes by, is 47 (also an 11). With a W in his name, there are deeper levels of  interpretation. He has five 5s in his name, but 2 and 3 is completely absent, which could indicate problems with self-expression and cooperating with others.

Maurice Robert Gravel = 4139935 962592 791453

Date of birth (5.13.1930) = 22. This former Senator from  Arkansas sports a 22 total for his birth date and the name Gravel equals 11. The name Maurice is a 6, and his nickname “Mike” is 11. He has five 9s in his name, the number for selflessness, but he has no 6 or 8, pointing to a lack of responsibility or problems handling money and power.

Date of birth (10.8.1946) = 29 = 2+9=11. This Republican from Ohio was also a 2004 contender, back for another try. An 11 for the date of birth shows some level of mastery. The name John is an 11 and Dennis adds to 65 (6+5=11). His name of Kucinich begins with the 11th letter of the alphabet and totals 6. His full name is a 1, and is completely absent of 7s, which may indicate weakness in faith or wisdom.

Date of birth (8.4.1961) = 38 = 3+8=11. This Illinois Senator boasts a master number birth date, and if elected would be 47 years old (4+7=11). The birth year of 1961 is an 8. His full name and consonant total are both 1, for leadership. His vowels and first name each equal 9, selfless service. There are six 1s in his name but no 7s, indicating karmic lessons around faith.

William Blaine Richardson (note W) = 5933914 231955 9938194125

Date of birth (11.15.1947) = 29 = 2+9=11. This Governor of New Mexico also has a master number birth date, as well as being born in the 11th month. There are four 1s in this birth date, indicating great leadership skills. His full name adds to 236 (2+3+6=11), another master number. This is another candidate with a W in his name William but, like Bill Clinton, goes by the name of Bill, which is an 8. In his name there are six 9s, and four each of 1, 3, and 5. The numbers 6 and 7 are completely missing.

POTENTIAL DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE

Date of birth (3.31.1948) = 29 = 2+9=11. This former Senator and Vice President to Prez#42 nearly won the 2000 election and came close to being Prez#43. However, with a master number birth date (and 1948 adds to 22), he is better suited for Prez#44. The name Albert adds to 22 and his commonly used name of Al is a 4. His full name total is 103 (1+3=4). His name has no 8, which indicates karmic lessons with regard to money and power.

REPUBLICANS

Rudolph William Louis Giuliani (note W) = 9346378 5933914 36391 79339159

Date of birth (5.28.1944) = 33. As the 107th Mayor of New York City (1+7=8), Giuliani boasts a master number birth date. Also note that he was born in 1944. With W as a consonant, his vowels equal 77 and his consonants equal 11. His full name total equals 331 (or 3+3+1=7). Rudolph and Louis both equal 4, and Giuliani equals 1 (leadership). He is completely missing 3s and 8s, which could indicate karmic lessons around money, power and expression. If elected president he would be age 65 (6+5=11) and age 66 while in office, both good master number ages for a Prez#44.

Michael Dale Huckabee = 4938153 4135 83321255

Date of birth (8.24.1955) = 34 (3+4=7). This former Governor of Arkansas has a first name that equals 33. His middle name equals 22, and his last name equals 56 (5+6=11), with a full name total of 66. This is the only candidate sporting master numbers in all of his names. Although his birth date is not a master number, he was born in ’55. His name is completely absent of 6s and 7s.

Duncan Lee Hunter = 435315 355 835259

Date of birth (5.31.1948) = 31 (3+1=4) or 5+31+1948=1984=22. This representative from California presents a master number birth date. Additionally, his birth year of 1948 adds to 22. The full numbers for the name Lee equals 22. His vowels total 22 and his consonants total 44. There are no 6s or 7s in his name or birth date.

Alan Keyes = 1315 25751

Date of birth (8.17.1950) = 30. This late entrant into the race has a first name total of 1 and a last name total of 65 (6+5=11). I was unable to locate a middle name for this candidate, which could change the full name total. There are no other master numbers in his name, and he is missing 4s, 6s and 8s.

Date of birth (8.29.1936) = 38 = 3+8=11. This US Senator from Arizona has a master number birth date. His full name total is 166 (1+6+6=13=1+3=4). His first name equals 11. He sports an abundance of 4s and 5s, but has no 2s, suggesting karmic lessons around cooperation and peace.

The numbers for the name Dalton equal 66 and he will be age 66 at the time of the election in 2008 but, other than that, there are no master numbers. This candidate has an abundance of 3s and 6s, which suggest a good speaker and responsible service to humanity.

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES

Dozens of candidates registered for the Independent party, but one likely contender is not officially a candidate, but worthy of a quick look.

Michael Rubens Bloomberg = 4938153 932551 236642597

Date of birth (2.14.1942) = 23 = 2+3=5. The Mayor of New York never officially thrown his hat into the ring. However, it was widely speculated that with his influence, power and financial means, he would jump into the race at any time, changing the odds for the other candidates. Although his birth date is not a master number, the number 5 implies freedom and change, and his birth date has two each of 1, 2, and 4 (11, 22, 44). His full name has 22 letters, with a number total of 3. His last name of Bloomberg equals 44 and his first name equals 33. He has no missing numbers. Bloomberg celebrated his 66th birthday in 2008.*

When asked to identify potential party nominees, based on numerology and ignoring politics or personality, I choose in this order:

Among Democrats: Clinton, Richardson, Obama, Edwards, Kucinich, Dodd, Gravel, Biden

Among Republicans: Giuliani, Huckabee, Thompson, McCain, Paul, Hunter, Romney, Keyes. (It was very close with Giuliani and Huckabee. Both have strong numbers)

Among Independents: Bloomberg

When asked to identify a general election winner, based on the strength of their numerology (ignoring party, politics or personality), I choose in this order: Bloomberg, Giuliani, Huckabee, Clinton, Richardson, Obama

Prez#44 would assume office in 2009 (2+9=11). And the winner…

*I’d like to add that I submitted my published and copyrighted findings to many of the presidential campaign offices, and heard back from none except for Bloomberg who wrote back to me on embossed mayor’s office letterhead indicating he was not running but would support the least divisive candidate.

In 2004, a major decision faced the country: retain the 43rd president, or elect the 44th. Exactly one year from today we will be faced with a similar decision on election day November 6, 2012, to re-elect president #44 or  move on to president #45.

I published Number Synchronicity in September prior to the November 2004 presidential election. At the time, crude oil was at $55/barrel, and has since nearly doubled. In the epilogue, I included a few predictions regarding world events; none of which came to be:

• I predicted that Yasser Arafat and Ariel Sharon, both nearing 77 years old, would work with the 22 Arab League nations to resolve the longstanding conflict with Israel and Palestine. Instead, Arafat died on 11 November of 2004 (11-11-2004).
• I predicted that the 11 nations possessing nuclear weapons would voluntarily choose to dismantle warheads. That has not happened, and we are faced with even more countries seeking nuclear weapons.
• I predicted that the 22-member Iraqi Governing Council shaping the emerging government in Baghdad (which lies on latitude 33 North, longitude 44 East) would return stability to the 22 million people of Iraq. Now in 2011, stability would be a matter of opinion, but a good sign that in the 11th month of 2011 US troops are withdrawing from Iraq.
• I predicted that an auspicious time to elect the 44th US president would be in the 11th month of 2004, ushering in an era of unity for the United States. That did not happen.

With my reputation of noticing numbers, I took the liberty of seeing if any master numbers occurred for any of the 2004 candidates for US president. In Appendix I of Number Synchronicity, I included Numerological Analysis for 2004 Presidential Candidates providing readers with information on the names and birth dates of leading candidates. This was completed prior to the Democratic Convention and nomination of a candidate challenging the sitting 43rd president, George W. Bush.

As the number of days leading up to the 2004 presidential election became fewer, we watched poll numbers with their margins of error. We listened to speeches and debates discussing budget and deficit numbers, numbers of jobs lost, number of troops killed, number of tax increases, and number of children left behind. But we heard no discussion of other important numbers that could have helped voters make a more informed decision.

In-depth numerological analysis reveals more specific information, but even a superficial review demonstrates fortuitous numbers for several candidates seeking to fill the shoes of the 44th president in ‘04. Among numerologists, the number 44 represents a confident leader who can solve the problems of the world.

Based on the double vibration, master numbers in a name or birth date offer potential for either great achievement or great destruction, depending on the individual level of awareness.
Like George W. Bush, several 2004 challengers also have W in their name, including Wes Clark, Howard Dean, and John Edwards.

The name Wes Clark equals 92 (9+2=11), and Wes equals 47 (which also adds to 11). His full name of Wesley Kanne Clark equals 8, and he was born in 1944. Numerous 8s in his chart could be helpful for a 44th president.

The birthdate for Dennis Kucinich adds to 29 (2+9=11) and the name Dennis adds to 65 (6+5=11). His full name equals 8, which may be useful for a 44th president, as 4+4=8.
Dean has numerous 3s, 5s, and 6s and no master numbers to speak of.

Joe Lieberman has a birthday that falls on the 22nd of the month and his full birthdate adds to 22, also good numbers for a potential 44th president.

Al Sharpton has plenty of 4s and 7s and a last name total of 111 (adds to 3), with no sign of master numbers (other than stretching with the 4+7=11).

With Ralph Nader, his first name equals 55 and his birth date reduces to a 1, often considered a number representing independence and leadership.

John Edwards has a first name that equals 47 (4+7=11) and his last name equals 74 (also an 11). His name with or without an initial R comes out to 4 and his full birth name of Johnny Reid Edwards is a 7 (the number of faith and wisdom). His date of birth (June 10, 1953) adds to 25 (2+5=7). The repetition of 4s and 7s could be marginally compatible with a 44th president (4+7=11).

The Democratic party nominee, John Kerry, was born on the 11th day of the month and his date of birth December 11, 1943 adds to 22. His first name, as with John Edwards, adds to 47 (an 11) and his middle name of Forbes adds to 65 (also an 11). The name Kerry adds to 77. From a numerological perspective, Kerry demonstrates auspicious numbers for someone aspiring to be the 44th president.

In predicting a winner for the 2004 election for the 44th presidency based solely on the relevant numbers in a name or date of birth, John Kerry seemed to come in first with the most master number significance.

However, as we have witnessed, he/she with the most votes does not necessarily win the election. Reports of voting irregularities made front page news as absentee ballots went missing and voter registrations found shredded. After a Supreme Court ruling on the election, the nation learned that the arrival of Prez#44 would have to wait, and the country/world would witness 4 more years of President #43.

Had the 44th president been elected in 2004 instead of 2008, the future (and present time) would be radically different. It’s unknown how that would have changed history. When we stand at a crucial crossroad such as that, decisions do affect destiny. A 44th president in 2004 would likely been a different person, with a different administration, different policies, and a different relationship with Congress and the public.

Despite the proliferation of master numbers among candidates with master number 44 potential, the final results of that election reflected the collective consciousness of the country, the consciousness of the candidates, and the overall level of awareness among the citizens of the U.S.A…or at least, the awareness of those who voted.

Before I continue, it should be noted that today’s date is the first day of this month where the full date adds to 11: 1+1+5+2+1+1=11.

Some numerologists prefer to add the full numbers: 11+5+2011=2027=2+2+7=11.

Either way, you end up with 11. With traditional numerology, numbers such as 11, 22 and 33 are not reduced any further, as I mentioned in an earlier post, because they are considered master numbers.

In this vein, this post examines former US presidents who have exhibited “master number” significance. Primarily the 11th, 22nd and 33rd presidents. Somebody had to be the first president, and George Washington was the man. Unfortunately, for anyone who follows, there’s only one #1, and even he presents significant numbers for the first leader of a new country.

Similar examples of numerological significance appear among subsequent presidents, but to avoid overload with each president since George #1, I will cut to the chase. Below are three powerful examples, not necessarily in their presidency, but with their numbers. So let’s take a peek at some of these Masters of the Past.

#11 – Master Teacher

Although he probably didn’t recognize it, being born on the 2nd day of the 11th month in 1795 was an auspicious sign for James Knox Polk. The year 1795 adds to 22. His full date of birth becomes an 8, which is the number of money and power. It seems very interesting to me that Polk has two Ks in his name, K being the 11th letter of the alphabet. Polk became the 11th Governor of Tennessee* and the 11th US President. He was the president known for acquiring the Oregon Territory from the British, annexation of Texas, acquisition of California, New Mexico, all politicized with the underlying issue of slavery. He began office stating four clear goals he intended to accomplish while in office, and accomplished all of them and more. His methods, such as the Mexican-American War, were considered an unnecessary act of aggression. Polk was a lifetime slaveholder, inheriting many slaves from his father. After his death, Polk’s will specified that all of his slaves were to be set free upon the death of his wife, Sarah. She would live more than forty years longer until 1891, witnessing along the way the 1863 Emancipation Proclamation and 1865 13th Amendment freeing all slaves.

#22 – Master Builder

Stephen Grover Cleveland was born on March 18, 1837. Looking at his date of birth there are two each of 1, 3, and 8 (leadership, expression, and money/power), with a little bit of 7 thrown in for faith. He was pretty much known as Grover. He never attended college and became the 22nd US President (1885-1889). Note that 1885 adds to 22. The number 22 is considered a master builder, and Grover Cleveland was the first Democrat elected president after the Civil War. His presidency began in 1885 (those numbers add to 22). What stands out for me is that Grover Cleveland has two Vs, with V being the 22nd letter of the alphabet. This seems highly auspicious — similar to what is seen with Polk and his two Ks. Cleveland’s full name contains 22 letters and his numerological analysis reveals the appearance of master numbers. With a consonant total of 11 and 33 for first name and last name totals, the most common number in Cleveland’s name is 5 – for freedom and change. Cleveland was elected again to become the 24th president (1893-1897), becoming the only president to serve two non-consecutive terms, and the only president to marry while occupying the White House. His presidency dealt with labor strikes and economic depression. (Sound familiar?) Cleveland has no missing numbers suggesting balance and lack of destructive weaknesses.

#33 – Master Healer

That brings us to Harry S. Truman. Before you ask, “What does the S stand for?” that was his middle name, plain and simple, just an S. His full name total equals 22, and both his vowels and consonants end up being 11. His date of birth reveals no obvious master numbers, and adds to 34 (3+4=7) which is the number of faith and wisdom. Interestingly, 3s (expression) and 6s (service/responsibility) are completely absent from his name, with missing numbers often revealing karmic lessons. This is significant: Truman was not elected for his first term. As Roosevelt’s third vice-president for three months, Truman became Prez#33 upon the death of Prez#32. Within a few months of assuming office he ordered the bombing of Japan with US nuclear weapons, resulting in the end of World War II, a war which cost over 70 million lives. Truman was instrumental in the formation of a Jewish State of Israel and racial integration of the US armed forces. His second term in office came as an upset victory against Thomas Dewey, and Truman became a symbol of the political underdog. Although his administration was troubled with the Korean War, and issues of communism and corruption, much was achieved during his time in office.

What I’d like everyone to think about for a moment is how much the nation and the world changed between the first president and the 11th. Likewise, between the 11th president and the 22nd president, and between the 22nd president and the 33rd president. The US was faced with drastically different social issues, technology advanced in ways never imagined previously, and the world stage become more and more complex. Social and religious values evolved and changed. Most recently, the time period between the 33rd president and the 44th president, currently in the White House, has witnessed even greater social, technological and global changes.

An episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation entitled “Cause and Effect” illustrates the concept of recognizing synchronistic occurrences, especially those involving numbers, as a form of communication to enhance survival while on a journey or during times of chaos.

The story begins with the Starship Enterprise exploding.

The next scene shows four characters involved in a poker game. Following a series of events, the ship encounters an “unusual distortion in the timespace continuum.” Another ship emerges from the distortion and collides with the Enterprise which spins out of control and explodes.

The action resumes at the poker table where the players are dealt the same cards as in the previous game. A brief hint of familiarity; subsequent events repeat; and the ship spins out of control and explodes.

Each time, before the ship explodes, a flurry of confusion develops while various options are considered. In their indecision, the right course of action is never taken.

The card game repeats. This time, awareness comes sooner and the players predict the events about to occur, including which cards dealt to each player. The crew refers to this as déjà vu, premonition, and a sense of repetition. They express frustration and a sense of impending doom. After analyzing the situation, the crew realizes that the ship may have entered a “temporal causality loop” resulting in a repetition of the same fragment of time.

If what they learn each time around becomes forgotten, perhaps sending a simple message into the next loop might help. But how would the message be recognized? Data, the one artificial intelligence member of the crew, suggests that it would resonate to his positronic network, his version of a subconscious level.

The purpose of the message: to remind them to do something different.

The only catch…nobody knows which different to do.

Once again the same events occur and Data sends the message to himself just before the ship explodes. The card game repeats and the players predict the same sequence of cards dealt in previous games. Instead, each player receives a 3 card. Then each is dealt three of a kind. The subsequent events repeat themselves and during a level-three diagnostic of the ship the results appear as all 3’s. Crew members encounter the number 3 an “inordinate number of times” throughout the ship.

So many conspicuous examples cannot occur by accident. Someone proposes that a message was sent. But what could three possibly represent?

The disastrous events begin to repeat. Data sees the rank insignia of three pins on a fellow officer’s lapel and remembers. He concludes that this officer’s suggestion for avoiding disaster to be the preferable course of action.

A decision is made and the crew of the Enterprise survives to inform the other ship, unknowingly trapped in the loop for more than eighty years, how to escape the situation.

Perhaps we, too, can recognize patterns in certain numbers and events to escape the perceived chaos and destruction that we find ourselves in during these times.
